The Inn The Sticks Loyalty Club is our exclusive membership programme, designed to reward guests for their custom across our participating pubs, inns, and accommodation. Members can accrue points on eligible food and drink purchases.
Points are awarded as follows:
• 2 points for every £1 spent on drink
• 4 points for every £1 spent on food
These rates may be amended at any time without prior notice. Upon reaching 500 points, £5 in account credit will automatically be added to the member’s loyalty balance. Reward currency is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Membership is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Communications cannot be sent to individuals under the age of 18.
To join guests can sign up via www.innthesticks.co.uk/club or via the Inn The Sticks App via your App store provider. Points may only be redeemed once membership registration is fully completed.
THE CLUB
The Inn The Sticks Loyalty Club is issued by, and remains the property of, Wessex Pub Co Ltd T/A Inn The Sticks, who reserve the right to decline, withdraw, or modify membership or points, or to amend or terminate the scheme at any time without notice.
Membership is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom it was issued.
Membership may be withdrawn in cases of prolonged inactivity or at the discretion of Inn The Sticks.
Membership does not constitute a credit facility.

Marketing communications, exclusive offers and invitations will be sent to members via email or through the Inn The Sticks App. Marketing consent must be provided at sign-up to receive full membership benefits. Members may still earn points without marketing consent, but certain offers may not be available. A date of birth is required for when a birthday bonus is offered.
POINTS
To earn points, members must present their digital membership at the time of payment at any participating Inn The Sticks sites.
If the digital card is not available at the time of the transaction, points cannot be rewarded.
Points may be earned on eligible transactions at each site. The QR code from the App must be provided at the time of purchase.
A minimum spend of £1 per transaction is required to qualify for points.
Points cannot be earned on room bookings; however, you will receive a complimentary breakfast when booking directly with us. Please put in the booking notes that you are a member. Your membership will be checked on arrival.
The current redemption value is 1 point = 1 pence, subject to change without notice.
Points cannot be earned gift vouchers or online purchases.
Points cannot be earned on transactions paid with loyalty reward currency.
Points carry no cash value.
Points can only be collected in accordance with these conditions.
Points cannot be transferred, pooled, or shared between members.
Points and monetary credit expire 12 months after the date they were earned.
Points may only be earned on items from our standard menus in our pubs.
Points cannot be earned on event bookings eg grazing boards, or our external food offering eg The Pizza Box
For bookings involving multiple rooms, complimentary breakfast can only be claimed on the room occupied by the member unless other guests hold their own loyalty memberships.
REDEEMING REWARDS
From time to time, selected members may receive exclusive rewards or offers. These must be declared at the time of booking or upon arrival, and your loyalty QR code must be presented before the transaction begins.
Some rewards may carry additional conditions (e.g., availability only with the purchase of two main meals).
Rewards:
• may only be redeemed once;
• have individual expiry dates which cannot be extended or reinstated;
• may be amended or withdrawn without notice;
• cannot be used alongside any other offers;
• apply only to the loyalty member.
Unless expressly stated, rewards cannot be redeemed on:
Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, or Father’s Day.
EXPIRY AND CANCELLATION
All rewards, offers, and discounts feature individual expiry dates that cannot be extended. Membership inactive for 12 consecutive months may result in the removal of all points, benefits, and rewards.
Inn The Sticks reserves the right to alter or withdraw the loyalty programme at any time, including changes to earning rates, reward structures, or operational processes.
Members may cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, all points and rewards will be forfeited.
We may, upon notification, suspend or terminate membership and forfeit accrued rewards if:
• these Terms & Conditions are breached;
• fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; or
• false or misleading information has been provided.
LOST, THEFT OR DAMAGE
If a device is lost, stolen, or compromised, members must notify us immediately so that the account may be suspended.
Inn The Sticks is not liable for any points redeemed between the time the card is lost and the moment the member contacts us.
In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, the account will be suspended while the matter is investigated.

We endeavour to respond within 72 hours.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
We may use membership details and purchasing behaviour to enhance our services and tailor relevant offers. Information may be shared with trusted service providers who manage elements of the loyalty scheme on our behalf.
We may also analyse anonymised customer data to understand trends better and improve the guest experience.
Preferences may be updated at any time by logging into the loyalty program via our app, available on the Apple and Google app stores.
By joining, members agree to uphold standards of courtesy and respectful behaviour. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct towards staff, fellow members, or other guests may result in immediate revocation of membership.
LIABILITY
Inn The Sticks shall not be responsible for any failure arising from circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) system outages or network failures.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England
