Where can I find my membership number?
Your club number can be found in your original welcome email or within the Inn The Sticks app under “My Loyalty Membership.”

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You may delete your account through the app. Please note that cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all accumulated points and rewards.

What happens when I reach 500 points?
Upon reaching 500 points, you will be able to redeem these against purchases for food and/or drink.

What can I spend my points on?
Your points may be redeemed for food and drink at any participating Inn The Sticks pubs.

When do points and rewards expire?
Any accounts not used for 12 months will be closed and points removed.

Can I update my personal details?
Certain personal information can be updated directly within the app.

What if I forget to scan my loyalty membership App?
Regrettably, points will not be earned.

I don’t have a smartphone. How do I join?
Unfortunately, you will be unable to join as the club is only accessible via a smartphone.
